• BMP 1 Coordinate Development, implement and enforce a program to detect and eliminate illicit discharges.
• BMP 2 Develop a storm sewer system map, showing the location of all outfalls and HSTSs connected to the MS4 and the surface waters that receive discharges from those outfalls.
• BMP 3 Submit list of all on-site sewage disposal systems (HSTSs) connected to your MS4.
